Meet Our Team

Morgan is a Certified Veterinary Assistant who joined Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital in February 2024 and recently became part of the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team.

McKinsey joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in 2023 as a Kennel Assistant and later earned her certification in the Veterinary Assistant program. She has a lifelong passion for animal welfare and is dedicated to providing compassionate care and support to every patient.

Carly joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in October 2014 after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science.

Fiona joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in February 2022 and recently joined the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team as a Farm Call Veterinary Assistant.

Katie joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in June 2021. She grew up in Jackson County, gaining experience working with and showing animals at the local fair, and earned degrees in Animal Science and Veterinary Technology.

Hannah joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in January 2023. She has earned a Certified Veterinary Assistant degree and is currently in school studying Veterinary Technology.

Marsha joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in 1998.

Tanesha is originally from Florida and joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in January 2022. She has over 10 years of experience in veterinary medicine and is passionate about providing compassionate care to animals.

Emma joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in February 2025. She is a Registered Veterinary Technician and a 2025 graduate of Carver Career and Technical Center. Growing up on a farm with goats and cattle and being active in FFA, Emma developed a lifelong passion for animal care.

Carly is a Registered Veterinary Technician and has been part of the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team off and on since 2013.

Beth joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in 2008. She earned her Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology from Fairmont State University/Pierpont Community and Technical College in 2004 and became a registered veterinary technician the same year.

Bridga is a Registered Veterinary Technician who joined the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team in 2008. She earned her Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology from Fairmont State University/Pierpont Community and Technical College. Bridga enjoys working with both small and large animals.

Daphne has been a member of the Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital team since 1998 and currently serves as Head Veterinary Technician. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Fairmont State University/Pierpont Community and Technical College in 1999.

Kate has been a member of the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team since 2011 and is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Carver Career Center and Bridge Valley in 2012.

Kat has been in the veterinary field since 2012 and joined the Valley West Veterinary Hospital team in April 2021.

Dr. Isaac was born and raised in Charleston, WV.

Dr. Amy Isaac received her undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 2002.

Dr. Keith spent her undergraduate years at West Virginia University and graduated from Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992.

Dr. Katie Kobyra received her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences from Purdue University in Indiana and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University.

Dr. Leadmon attended West Virginia State University for her undergraduate years, and then went on to graduate from the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999.

Dr. Tupta was born and raised in Charleston, WV where she graduated from Charleston Catholic High School in 2011.

Dr. Marshall received his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University in 1976.

Stephany has been a member of our Elk Valley Customer Service Team since 2013. She first joined us as a customer service representative but has since taken on the role of office manager as well.

Vanessa started at our Elk Valley location in 2000 and received her Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology in 2001. She became the Office Manager in 2015 and then became the Practice Manager at Valley West in late 2020.

Kristen has been on our Customer Service Team since 2009. Kristen has two cats named Ziggy and NuNu, and a Labrador Retriever named Toasted Marshmallow.

Laura is from Shrewsbury, WV. Her love for animals encouraged her to join the Valley West team in October 2021. She has a cat named Jinx and in her spare time, enjoys reading and traveling.

Margaret has been greeting pet owners at Elk Valley Veterinary Hospital since 2004. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with clients. She enjoys developing meaningful relationships with both our clients and our patients. Her goal is to make a difference every single day.

Shelia has been a member of the Valley West Client Service Team since 2000 and has been greeting pet owners for 24 years. She loves cats and has two of her own, Whiskers and Sammy U. Her interests include spending time with family, reading and gardening.

Traci joined the Elk Valley Customer Service Team in September 2018. She graduated in May 2016 from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Biology in Animal Science.
