Jade joined our team as a Customer Service Representative in January of 2026 and has quickly become an integral part of our front desk. She is currently studying pre-veterinary biology with plans to attend veterinary school, driven by a strong passion for providing compassionate care to animals of all sizes. Her lifelong love for animals is evident in the meaningful connections she builds with both patients and their owners.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time with her cats—Zuzu, Meowseres, and Buddy—as well as reading and singing. Her dedication, kindness, and enthusiasm for veterinary medicine make her a wonderful addition to our team.
